Landscape areas are pre-wetted before application and rinsed thoroughly after to protect your plants and surrounding surfaces.

No. We do not require you to be home. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot, any gated areas are open, and all windows are shut, we can complete the job. If you are home, you’re welcome to join us for a final walkthrough when we’re finished.
We work on one-week scheduling blocks. Once you’re placed on the schedule, you’ll receive text and email notifications with your date, time, and prep instructions. If the date doesn’t work, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge at any time.
